Privacy
EFFECTIVE JUL 7, 2026
notis is a notification service. We keep what we collect small.
What we collect
- When you follow a name, we store the email address you give us and which names you asked for, so we can deliver those updates.
- If you sign in, we store your email to keep the names you follow across devices.
- Like most sites, our host records standard technical logs (IP, browser) and we use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to count page views and measure performance.
- If you turn on lock-screen delivery, we store the push subscription your browser creates (a delivery endpoint — not your name or number) so we can send to that device; turning it off retires it — that name stops being sent to that device.
How we use it
Only to deliver the updates you asked for and to run and improve the service. We do not sell or rent your contact info, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe; every other channel has its platform-native exit — leave the channel, unfollow, or turn off lock-screen delivery on the device. You can stop following any name at any time. To have your data deleted, email hi@notis.gg and we’ll remove it.
Sharing
We share data only with the services that make delivery work (e.g. our email and messaging providers and our hosting/analytics), and only as needed to send you what you asked for.
